KiotIQ is operated by KIOT Innovations Private Limited. By using the platform you agree to use it for lawful component sourcing. Prices shown to customers are final, all-inclusive quotes; vendor identities and internal cost breakdowns are confidential. Quotations are valid until their stated deadline. Orders are binding once an advance is paid.

Customer: 50% advance to start the order, 50% before delivery (advance % may be configured for manufacturing orders).

Vendor: 50% on confirmed purchase order, 50% after goods pass quality check (QC).

All customer prices are inclusive of KIOT's service margin; the margin is never shown to customers. v1 uses manual bank transfer with proof upload; online payments (Razorpay) are planned.

BOM pricing compares each line's best price against the closest qualified alternate, with a spec-match percentage, and flags NRND/EOL risk. Vendor quotes are compared anonymously (Vendor A/B/C) on total landed cost and delivery. Selection is the customer's; KIOT routes, compares and manages fulfilment.

We store your account, BOMs, RFQs and orders to operate the service. We do not sell your data. Vendor and customer identities are never exposed to each other. Data is used to power intelligence (e.g. price trends) in aggregate.
